Today, I went for 6Patience'09 meet-up. xD. Cleon's girlfriend, Peiying is so pretty! HAHAHHAHAS!XD Actually it was quite boring today. What they do is just playing basketball. I can't play, because my shirt is too long, and i had 4 blisters on me. :'( I went to a shop where we can use computer, instead. HAHAS! I played audition. LOL, MinHui win me. HAHAS! Congratulation. LOL. After that we had lunch. I had fried rice. Yummy! haha. Then they played basketball again, and i sat there with the girls and watch. It's so boring, but hilarious, as SHAUN seems to be dancing instead of playing basketball! HAHAHAHAHAHASXD! So cute. :) Hope that everyone had fun.

Today i had inter-class games. It's Captain Ball!:) HAHAS! Forever fun, plus it let me reminisce memories about 6Patience'09. :) Hahas! Wow, it's so competitive. I've got good news! I'm selected to be a student counsellor! I felt so happy and excited upon hearing it from my friend, Caroline. I didn't post for a week le... Damn tired ... few days ago i got sore throat , after that fever...But , Now i recovered ! :) Yay! Get to know a lot of new friends during Orientation Day :) 1/6 , First Class 25 people , the Class which has the least number of students in OUTRAM , surprised? My classmates all are very mature , including the boys. There's a boy name called WeiFeng , he damn funny , upon seeing his face , i'll laugh , YiLing too... He's so cute and funny. My class got a couple. HAHA , they wore the same spectacles , shoes and same house colour. LOL! YiLing and I plus other few of my good friends , always say couple alert , when we saw them. HAHA! I'm so pathetic... i'm the only girl who is in [ YELLOW HOUSE , Raffles :C ] in my class. Blue house is the champion house. BLEH , should have let me join BLUE HOUSE. ARGHH!!! YiLing so lucky!!! She's in Blue House and yet she want RED HOUSE. LOL...Although my Secondary Class is quite good. Graduation Day is coming and we are going to leave each other soon. So we have to treasure every moment when we were together. Today , i helped Audrey in Colouring the words, which is needed to be used on the Graduation Day. Well , i really wanted to thank all my friends , who had been supporting me, Encouraging me ... and many more...

Well , Yesterday , i went to Somerset to catch a movie :D

It is very hilarious and of course nice. XD.

I went with my Sister- Xb and Her Friend Gina :D

Before we watch the movie , we had lunch at Marina Square at a restaurant named : Han's :D

The food there is yummy , but of course , it is expensive. Hahas.

Happy Halloween :D

Well , this week is PSLE marking day. I didn't think much about it, because it will not do any good to me. I won't gain anything in the end , so i won't spend my time thinking about it. I have been going out with Anzi and MinHui :D I really wished that i could go back to school right now. At home , other than watching television or use computer , there's aren't anything to do , so i decided to pack my things , i threw away P4's and P5's works , except P6's , incase One of the teachers need it.

Gh is looking forward to the Malacca Trip , hope it really give me much fun ! :D

Singapore has confirmed 52 new cases (1004th – 1055th case) of Influenza A (H1N1-2009) today, bringing the total tally to 1055 confirmed cases.
Investigations are on-going for these 52 cases. Of the 69 cases investigated today, there were 50 local cases and 19 imported cases. Of the cumulative number of 1003 cases investigated thus far, 591 were local cases and 412 were imported cases.

Singapore has confirmed 30 new cases of H1N1 flu, bringing the total to 629 so far. According to the Health Ministry, 246 patients have fully recovered while the rest are in stable condition.
Together with 105 cases pending investigation on Sunday, 71 have been investigated — comprising 58 local cases and 13 imported ones.
A new cluster has surfaced, comprising three Raffles Institution Boarding School students who have just returned from affected countries.
The greatest number of new cases registered on Monday, however, came from the Republic Polytechnic. It has 17 new cases, bringing the total in the cluster to 66.
There were eight new cases at Clementi Camp, which now has 53 cases. Maju Camp has three new ones, bringing the total there to 22.
At the Police Coast Guard’s Brani Base, one new case brings the total there to five. There were two new cases from the Butter Factory nightspot.
These latest cases mean locally acquired ones now make up 54 per cent of all confirmed H1N1 cases in Singapore.

I read on this book yesterday -The Race Across America, written by Geronimo Stilton. It is about his friend Bruce Hyena. He signed up the race for Geronimo Stilton.The race is about bicycles.
Here are some information on Bicycles:

The History of the Bicycle
The first bicycle was invented in 1861 by the French mechanic Ernest Michaux. It was called the velocipede. The velocipede had pedals mounted on a large font wheel. This helped riders travel very fast with little effort.
The modern bicycle was born in 1880 with the invention of the chain, which transfers power from the bicycle's pedals to its wheels. A few years later, rubber tires were added. Tires made riding a bike a lot more comfortable. Before they were invented, cyclists rode on wheels made of wood and iron.
Today racing bicycles have narrow tires, curved handlebars, and most important,a gear mechanism that makes it easier to pedal up even the steepest hills. These bikes are made from ultralight materials, like carbon fiber or titanium. Every piece of the bicycle is designed to be as light as possible to help to improve the rider's speed.

Base on what the acrobatic students is that since 7 they had already started to follow this acrobatic troupe and start to learn the foundation skills until they did no mistakes, and then they can perform. They must be agile and hardworking in order to get what they want. When each performance, they must also change their clothes, but they need to be fast, as they only have 3minutes to do so. Everyday, they must
keep practicing until they make no mistakes.They also said that they treated every performance as the first one, so that they will treat this very seriously and will be careful in what they do. After every performance, they cannot stop or rest as they still need to train and start to learn new skills for the another upcoming performance.
Their coach will also see if there is any room for changes to be done to their hair or others, as it will also affect the shape of their costume. When after every performance, and they had to prepare for another, they would feel tired. In order not to show out the tired expression, they would try their every best to keep within themselves, so that the audience will see the passion in them instead. Although, this is very tiring, it is their job and what they enjoyed the most.

Pitcher Plants
Pitcher plants are carnivorous plants whose prey-trapping mechanism features a deep cavity filled with liquid known as a pitfall trap. It has been widely assumed that the various sorts of pitfall trap evolved from rolled leaves, with selection pressure favouring more deeply cupped leaves over evolutionary time. However, some pitcher plant genera (such as Nepenthes) are placed within clades consisting mostly of flypaper traps: this indicates that this view may be too simplistic, and some pitchers may have evolved from flypaper traps by loss of mucilage. Whatever their evolutionary origins, foraging, flying or crawling insects such as flies are attracted to the cavity formed by the cupped leaf, often by visual lures such as anthocyanin pigments, and nectar bribes. The sides of the pitcher are slippery and may be grooved in such a way so as to ensure that the insects cannot climb out. The small bodies of liquid contained within the pitcher traps are called phytotelmata. They drown the insect, and the body of it is gradually dissolved. This may occur by bacterial action (the bacteria being washed into the pitcher by rainfall) or by enzymes secreted by the plant itself. Furthermore, some pitcher plants contain mutualistic insect larvae, which feed on trapped prey, and whose excreta the plant absorbs.[citation needed] Whatever the mechanism of digestion, the prey items are converted into a solution of amino acids, peptides, phosphates, ammonium and urea, from which the plant obtains its mineral nutrition (particularly nitrogen and phosphorus). Chinese New Year!

The day start off like this.......

On the 26 of January, which Chinese people called the 'chu yi', I woke up early at 8.30 plus. I went to on the water heater, to let the water temperature to be hot. While waiting i went to watch the television. As it was interesting, i watch for half an hour more and forgot of the water heater. Until my sister woke up at 9.00a.m. which was about 30 minutes later. Then i quickly off the television and went to bath. After that, my sister make up for me, after that it is already 10 a.m.

Then i went to take my breakfast. It was yummy, delicious! After everyone finished, the first place we went to, is my grandmother's house which was just next to my house. When i reach there i greeted them and then we sat there to watch television. At about 12.30p.m. we went to fetch my aunt and then we went to the places that we need to go. As Singapore has financial problems, our 'Red Packets', in Chinese which is known as 'AngBao' money was decrease. It was a bad news to children. Last time when I had never these problems, every year i would get at least 600 dollars plus for my 'Red Packets' money but this year i get only 238 dollars. I am already feeling very happy as some of my friends only get 100 dollars plus which was less fortunate so i should have appreciate it, so this is how i celebrate my Chinese New Year! So, once again i wish all of you a HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The trip to HanBridge!!!.......

Hello! all

Hi all! Guihui here. Today i wanna tell you all about my trip to the mathematics Hanbridge School.
At about 10a.m. plus, i meet Anzi at her house downstairs. After that, we went to the bus-stop to wait for the arrival of the bus, and then sat bus 2, at about 5-10minutes we reach the place. Then we started walking to our destination.The building look so special! Then i and Anzi walked in the building. Then we started register.A few minutes later Shandy reached. Anzi wanted to wait for Shandy but i was feeling very urgent to go to the toilet so i went up first. Then at 11a.m. we started our test. At section A and B it was quite easy but section C was quite difficult. I gave up four question as i really cannot do it and had already tried very long. Then we watched a movie before we can go home. When i went in everyone was shouting and talking happily. Then, suddenly i was thirsty and wanted to drink some drinks, so i asked if Anzi , Zhou Quan and Shandy want to go qith me, they agreed so we went to the first floor and buy. Then when we were about to go back, when we saw someone using the computer so we
went in and ask him if we can use. He said, "Erm, you all should go and ask the teacher as i am not sure." So we do as he say. We went to ask the teacher if we can use the computer. They agreed, so we quickly went to use it.But actually i didn't use for even 5minutes as it is already 1p.m. as it time to go back. So we quickly shut down the computer and then went up to the classroom to get our bag then we went to the toilet before going back. I really hope if next time there is one more course like this, i would really like to join!!!
On that day, i really have a good time!!!:DDDD
